A sense of freshness as well as high expectations surround the forthcoming edition of Momad, which is taking place on 6-8 February alongside Shoesroom. The event marks Julia González’s debut as its new director.
The Madrid trade fair welcomed 15,250 visitors and over 800 exhibitors to its February edition, keeping footfall levels high despite a change of direction. International visitors accounted for 25% of the total.
The Madrid trade fair has been trying to offer a more attractive proposition since the appointment of its new director, and has put diversification, design and sustainability at the centre of the event.
The trade show, which takes place from 8 to 10 February, will debut a new format, combining fashion and footwear. 34.5% of the almost 800 exhibitors will be new brands as the event continues to focus on sustainability.
