Failed upscale menswear retailer Pink Shirtmaker is set to make a return. The LVMH-owned brand, which went on the block before Christmas, has been bought by Nick Preston, a former JD Sports Fashion trading director.
As he slammed the UK’s decision to end tax-free shopping for tourists in its current form, the boss of footwear and accessories retailer Kurt Geiger has suggested that the firm could be forced to axe 600 jobs.
JP Hackett has opened the Savile Row townhouse location that it announced earlier this year with the high-end menswear brand adding further to its central London offer as the nearby Jermyn Street location remains open.
The menswear brand will open its new flagship store at 14 Savile Row in the autumn. The space will host the brand’s bespoke tailoring service as well as limited edition collections and a curated edit of RTW pieces.
