Brace yourself for the first post-Brexit season in London, which will dominate the coming long weekend. It has finally happened, and nobody in the UK or throughout European fashion seems terribly happy about that.
This season, the Milan Fashion Week Men’s has teamed up with London, and will welcome a spate of new names and major comebacks, from Gucci to Ferragamo, to bolster its programme and make up for 11 withdrawals.
Modern dressing may be more casual than ever, but there’s still a place for tailoring and on Sunday, that place was on the Wales Bonner catwalk, as tailoring met 70s-inspired casual for a new spin on Lovers Rock.
The Milan Fashion Week Men, scheduled on January 10 to 14, will be half a day longer and will feature many come-backs and new names, among them Gucci and A-Cold-Wall, compensating for no fewer than 11 withdrawals.
