Yoox Net-A-Porter ends its mono-brand partnerships with Cucinelli, Trussardi and Cavalli

Published
Mar 17, 2016

Yoox Net-A-Porter (YNAP) reported the financial results of its major labels account for its activity as service provider. On the occasion of the publication of its annual results, the online fashion company said it had not renewed its partnership with six houses: Pringle of Scotland, Barbara Bui, Trussardi (TRS Evolution), Ermenegildo Zegna (EZI), Roberto Cavalli and Brunello Cucinelli.

Dunhill recently launched its e-commerce with Yoox Net-A-Porter - dunhill.com

"The Trussardi e-commerce sites Barbara Bui and Brunello Cucinelli will close the first half of 2017, with Ermenegildo Zegna closing in the second half of 2016, and Pringle of Scotland and Roberto Cavalli closing in the first half of 2016," YNAP said in a statement.

Roberto Cavalli has partnered with Digital Triboo, while Brunello Cucinelli spoke of plans to internalize its e-commerce presence.

Meanwhile, Frederico Marchetti announced that plans to launch e-commerce sites for Chloe and Alfred Dunhill in 2016, as well as the renewal of its contract to manage moncler.com for an additional 5 years through January 1, 2021.

Last year, YNAP launched new commercial websites for Lanvin and McQ in Europe, the U.S. and Asia, as well as Karl Lagerfeld in Europe, the U.S. and Japan.

On December 31, 2015, Yoox Net-A-Porter offered 40 mono-brand labels. The company reported that online sales represents 10.5% of total revenue, or 175.3 million euros last year, with an increase of 19.2% compared to 2014.
