Victoria House, in London's famed Bloomsbury area, has been the host of plenty of events over the years, but the Versus show - and after-party - that took place on Saturday may have been the most rock n' roll one so far.

It was the second time Versace's sister brand, under Creative Director Anthony Vaccarello, showed in London, and both the show and the front row featured some serious fashion names. FKA Twigs and Christopher Kane were both in attendance, and obviously Donatella Versace was there to watch over her protege's work.

Music has become an important part of the Versus brand, with songs from Blur, King Krule and The Cure playing before the show, and young Irish band The Strypes performing live during the show.

Fashionwise, Versus' SS16 is all about strong women. Sexy black backless dresses were juxtaposed with cool printed denim, sheer leopard prints and dark florals. Dresses featured high splits, there was an abundance of sleek leather jackets and blazers, and silver metalware gave the clothes an even tougher edge.

Among the models were Erin Wasson, Malaika Firth and Jamie Bochert and Lily Donaldson. And those who want to get their hands on Vaccarello's elegant, sexy pieces for spring are in luck - the clothes are already available online.
