Tumi and Orlebar Brown partner on tote capsule
Tumi and Orlebar Brown launched this week a four-piece capsule collection of tote bags for the well traveled.
The collection is comprised of four canvas and rubber tote bags in small and medium sizes. One small tote and one medium tote are available in solid white and navy colorways, respectively, and the brand’s best-selling print of the pool at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Paris is available on both small and medium tote bags.
Orlebar Brown joins a number of brands, designers and retailers that have partnered with Tumi, including Colette, Heineken, and Kith. The London-based swimwear brand founded by Adam Brown operates 15 global retail locations in the UK, US, France, Italy, Turkey, Belgium and Mexico.
Samsonite acquired Tumi, the New Jersey-based travel manufacturer in August 2016 for about $1.8 billion. Shareholders of Samsonite and Tumi approved the deal one month before the acquisition, which was first announced in March 2016.
The Tumi by Orlebar Brown collection is available online at the Tumi and Orlebar Brown websites. Prices range from $295 to $345.
