Sonia Rykiel opens revamped London store

Visitors to French fashion designer Sonia Rykiel's London store can now combine shopping and culture, as the space houses not only clothes, but also 15,000 books.

It was reopened by Sonia Rykiel's artistic director Julie de Libran after the makeover, which was created by Libran together with editor Thomas Lenthal and artist André Saraïva. The refurbished store also features vintage furniture and vinyl albums from the 1970's, as well as a patio with bistro-style chairs and tables.
