Following a period of uncertainty, Eurovet’s trade show for beach and swimwear Riviera is confirmed to take place from September 4 to 7 and lingerie trade show Interfilière will take place from September 6 to 7.
Tradeshows giant Hyve Group has announced that the planned next editions of Pure London, Pure Origin, Scoop and Jacket Required won’t be happening this year due to the global impact of the coronavirus pandemic.
Hyve Group, which runs the Pure London and Moda trade shows, among many other events, gave an update about rescheduled shows on Friday, as well as those that are continuing to run on their scheduled dates.
Due to lack of participation, the Florence menswear show, whose June session had initially been postponed to September, will not take place. Organiser Pitti Immagine’s other summer shows will not be staged either.
Digital wholesale platform JOOR said on Wednesday that it will power key fashion industry events London Fashion Week next month and Premium Berlin in July, as well as a number of autumn fashion events.
At the end of June, ahead of the new digital fashion weeks, Pitti Immagine will launch Pitti Connect, an online platform and marketplace reserved to the exhibitors of its physical shows, now postponed to September.
The textile show organiser has been forced by the Covid-19 crisis to redirect Blossom and Denim PV exhibitors to the September Première Vision event Paris, while making its e-marketplace accessible free of charge.
