Pantone Universe launches footwear
Spanish shoppers will be now able to buy Pantone Universe shoes for the first time in local retail stores thanks to a new partnership deal with retail distributor Muchavista Brands.
Pantone Universe Footwear will be launching in Spain with the Autumn Winter 2017-18 collection nearly three years after its global launch.
Designed with the ‘Let Colours Rule’ philosophy, the footwear line embraces the parent company’s passion for statement tones with seasonal shoe concepts, which are included in capsule collections as timeless wardrobe staples. Each style is signed by Pantone Universe Footwear and includes the name of colour that dresses the design.
The collections can be found in the US, Italy, Austria, South Korea, France and the UK through select retailers such as Selfridges, Topshop and Colette.
The partnership agreement further strengthens Muchavista Brands’ position after it revealed earlier this week another deal to distribute Vespa Footwear in Spain and Portugal.
Pantone was launched in 1963 as a commercial printing company, but is now best known for its Pantone Color Institute, which declares each year “the Color of the Year”.
