Nine West acquires business operations from Sherson Group

Nine West Holdings, Inc. announced today that it has acquired the retail and wholesale businesses of Sherson Group Inc. As per the agreement, Nine West has acquired 45 store leases and contracts related to Sherson’s business operations.

 
Sherson Group previously held the exclusive rights to Nine West, Easy Spirit and Anne Klein in Canada. Nine West plans to continue to offer the brands at Nine West mall-based locations and Shoe Studio outlet stores in Canada.

Nine West will continue operating the retail locations and will offer continued employment to a majority of Sherson’s employees. Sherson Group is a Toronto, Ontario-based distributor and retailer of footwear and accessories in Canada. The company's portfolio includes brands such as Nine West, Bandolino, Enzo Angiolini, Anne Klein, Easy Spirit, Adrienne Vittadini, Adrianna Papell, Taryn Rose, Flogg , Charles David, Circa Joan and David, and Mootsies Tootsies.
