Keen strengthens product design and development team

The US outdoor footwear brand Keen, which was founded eleven years ago, is strengthening its product design and development team. Manon Belley has just been appointed Keen’s new design director for men’s, women’s and children’s collections. She previously served for eight years as creative director at Merrell.

Having joined Keen in 2012 as a senior product developer, Cesar Geromino has now been named development director. He will primarily be responsible for Keen footwear product integrity in terms of fit, comfort and quality. Trained as an industrial engineer, Geromino previously worked at Wolverine Worldwide.

Both Geromino and Belley will report to Nikolai Christensen, formerly at Ecco, who joined the company a year and a half ago as vice president of product at Keen.
