Kate Spade and Jack Spade collaborate with Gap Kids
On April 16, Gap confirmed via Twitter that they are teaming up with both Kate Spade New York and Jack Spade for a Gap Kids collection that will be released in November. The line should become available via Gap’s online store as well as Gap Kids stores in France, the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Hong Kong and Japan.
According to the Los Angeles Times, it will be the first foray into childrenswear for the American lifestyle label, whose women’s division (with purses) was launched in 1993, followed by Jack Spade for menswear three years later.
For its childrenswear collections, the American retail brand has previously collaborated with Diane Von Furstenberg and Stella McCartney.
