JD Sports relocates to larger store in Canterbury
The new branch is due to open at the end of the summer following fit out to combine the units and bring JD Sport’s store design to life. It will be located alongside popular high street stores Next and Tiger.
James Air, group acquisitions manager at the sportswear retailer, commented: “JD are pleased to be relocating into larger premises within Canterbury to allow our loyal customers to benefit from a significantly improved product offer. The shopping centre is a leading regional retail destination in Canterbury with other tenants including Fenwick, Primark, M&S, Deichmann, Topshop, Zara and Hobbs. The centre spans 600,000 square feet and is owned by Canterbury City Council.
