Interparfums announced on 27th December that it has signed a 10-year exclusive agreement agreement with Alfred Dunhill for the creation, production and distribution for all fragrances that come under the Alfred Dunhill brand. “Inter Parfums will take over production and distribution of the existing Alfred Dunhill fragrance collections,” said the group in a press release.

The agreement will take effect from 3rd April and will be replacing the current licensing agreement with Procter & Gamble.

Sales of current fragrances are planned for Spring 2013 and a new men's scent is contemplated for 2014.

Interparfums indicated that it should reach a turnover of 300 million euros next year, a decrease on this year’s 425 million euros, largely down to the loss of its licensing contract with Burberry. Amongst fragrances commercialized by Interparfums are Montblanc, Jimmy Choo, Lanvin, Boucheron, Van Cleef & Arpels and Paul Smith.

The group is due to launch Repetto and Karl Lagerfeld perfumes in July 2013 and Spirng 2014 respectively.
