Hema opens fifth UK Store

It's takeoff for Dutch discount chain Hema's fifth UK store, which opened at Stansted airport on November 23. It will target the over 22 mn passengers traveling through Stansted every year.

This is Hema's first airport store and it will sell last minute essentials and treats, including baby, homeware, beauty and travel accessories. It marks the next step in the retailer's expansion plan, and joins Hema's close to 700 stores across seven countries.
