Fred Perry to move to new London headquarters

Published
Oct 13, 2015

Fred Perry, the British fashion label that begun life as a sportswear brand, has acquired new headquarters through Hatton Real Estate.

The new space is located on 5-23 Mount Pleasant in a refurbished Victorian warehouse and has been designed by Fred Perry's architects, Shoreditch-based practice Buckley Grey Yeoman.

The entire space measures 30,000 ft² and features exposed timber joints and brickworks. Fred Perry is expected to move in in the first quarter of 2016.

Mount Pleasant is a former Royal Mail Sorting Office site, which will now deliver around 700 new homes over 10 buildings. The redevelopment has been hugely controversial, as some locals have objected to the design, as well as the lack of affordable housing in the new development.
