Escada has "finally" announced the successor to Bruno Sälzer, who put things right at the womenswear label. Glenn McMahon will be taking on the role of CEO of the Munich-based company.

Until now and since 2013 he has been the CEO of Tamara Mellon. Beforehand he notably held key positions at Armani, Donna Karan and Dolce & Gabbana in the United States. Before joining Tarama Mellon, he was the CEO of St. John Knits for six years.
There have been a lot of changes at Escada in one year. Partly due to the fact that Bruno Sälzer took a lot of close collaborators with him to Bench. Thus, the newest arrivals this year are Jörg Wahlers, COO, Ronny Borck, for retail, and just last week, Edith Chen for the Asia-Pacific zone.
