Emily Ratajkowski launches swimwear label

Emily Ratajkowski surprised her followers when she announced the launch of her swimwear label, Inamorata, on Instagram on November 17. The American model, actress and influencer has gradually been revealing the brand's first collection via the social media platform.

The world-renowned model has racked up a number of catwalk appearances at different Fashion Weeks, posed for multiple campaigns and recently gave her name to the first signature bag released by the French brand The Kooples. Now she is adventuring into the world of design herself.

For her first collection, Emily Ratajkowski has designed six pieces: three bikinis and three one-pieces. Some feature ruched details, and both solid colours and patterns, such as leopard-print and polka dot, are available. 

These first pieces are made in the USA and are being sold on the Inamorata e-shop for between 75 and 180 dollars (around 60 to 150 euros). As for marketing, Emily Ratajkowski has been able to count on her 15.6 million followers to create buzz and is hoping to see them become potential customers.
