UK-based streetwear label Drop Dead is celebrating the 25th anniversary of Sonic the Hedgehog with a capsule collection inspired by Sega’s mascot.

The anniversary capsule consists of graphic t-shirts and tank tops, sweatshirts and hoodies, skirts, bomber jackets, accessories and underwear for men and women featuring Sonic, his sidekick Tails, his friendly rival Knuckles, and Dr. Eggman, the video game series’ main villain that was formerly known as Dr. Robotnik when the series launched.
The capsule makes many references to the Sonic the Hedgehog games including the Chaos Emeralds and a world tour-inspired t-shirt that features the Sonic & Knuckles game logo on the front and the full Sonic 3 & Knuckles original soundtrack music titles on the back. In addition to the many nods to the game series, the collection features the Drop Dead logo on several pieces.
Oli Sykes launched the Sheffield-based streetwear brand in 2005. The 29-year-old is also the lead vocalist for the brand Bring Me the Horizon, which has released 6 albums to date.
The Drop Dead, Sonic the Hedgehog 25th Anniversary collection is available now on the Drop Dead website.
