Denham enters France via The Lifestyle Company

Jason Denham is showing an interest in the French market. The founder of the eponymous denim brand, Denham, has placed his trust in The Lifestyle Company, overseen by Michel Roueau, to enter the market. 

The French retailer, which already includes Ben Sherman, Fred Perry, Hunter and Barbour in its portfolio, will distribute the brand starting in autumn/winter 2015-16.

With Denham, the Dutch designer has positioned itself as a strong player in specialty, high-end denim.

The jeanmaker plays with personal constructions, very controlled washes and innovative 3D distressing techniques.

Starting off as a denim specialist, the brand quickly developed complete wardrobes for men and women with a particular penchant for jackets and parkas. 

Denham is based in Amsterdam, where it has four stores, but it also has stores in Berlin, London Tokyo, Osaka and Sydney.
