Cutler and Gross to open Vintage boutique in Marylebone

Published
Nov 22, 2016

Church Street in London’s Marylebone will be welcoming next week the new Cutler and Gross Vintage boutique.

A Cutler and Gross store in East London - Cutler and Gross

Opening on 30 November, the store will showcase an extensive selection of the most diverse shaped and coloured vintage handmade designs from the 1969 until the mid-2000s alongside a curated display of accessories.

Design Director Marie Wilkinson commented: “With over 45 years of heritage, we represent an important part of eyewear history. With the Cutler and Gross Vintage store we want this history, represented by our timeless and handmade frames and intrinsic British creativity, to be available for collectors or simply for brand fans. Visitors will be inspired to own and wear vintage glasses which have been stored like fine wines and are now ready to wear, or to imagine the most wonderful glasses lying on their favourite piece of vintage furniture”.

The interior design will follow the codes of the original Knightsbridge Green store, with museum influences and earthy colour palette.
