Nov 13, 2015
The fashion brands are set to make their debut at the £165 million Victoria Gate development next year, announced on Friday the owner, manager and developer of the retail project, Hammerson.

H&M-owned brand Cos will open a two-storey store spread over 590 square metres, its first standalone location in the north of England. The retailer, which offers a range of reinvented classics and wardrobe essentials, has opened stores worldwide in carefully considered locations since its launch in 2007.
Womenswear brand & Other Stories, also owned by H&M Group, will launch its third store in the UK at Victoria Gate, a 735 square metre shop set across two floors. It will carry its ready-to-wear collection as well as its shoes, bags, accessories and beauty range.
Womenswear and lifestyle label Anthropologie will take over an 807 square metre unit on the ground and first floor. The new additions to the Victoria Gate portfolio join retail brands Maje and the White Company.
The development, anchored by a flagship John Lewis store, is set to transform the retail and dining offer in Leeds by enticing brands that have never before had a presence outside of London. It is scheduled to make its debut next year.
