CIFF will introduce an area dedicated to sports brands

Published
Jan 26, 2016

Sport is again playing a central role in people's lives, and this has inspired the CIFF trade show. The great Danish show detected a growing need, by concept and multi-brand fashion and lifestyle stores, for products that are both technical and fashionable, and announced the introduction from its next edition (from 3rd to 5th February) of a new section labelled 'Performance'.

Autumn-Winter 15/16 collection - Peak Performance

The new area is dedicated to sporting brands that target retailers whose profile is more fashion than sport specialist, and who are oriented to the high-end segment. It is a logical follow-up for the show to its latest introduction of urban and streetwear sections. Technical products will play the starring role in the new section, featuring a selection of outdoor, leisure and pure sport brands.

Like the rest of the show, the Performance area will of course see a prevailing presence of Nordic brands. Notable among them are, for example, Peak Performance, Casall, Tretorn, Scandinavian Edition and Bergans of Norway.
