Bottega Veneta is reorganising its communications office by putting more focus on digital communications. The new Director of Global Communications at Bottega Veneta will indeed supervise every aspect of the brand's communications activities: public relations, publicity, special events, digital, e-commerce and CRM (customer relations management).

Olivier Monteil joins the luxury house from Hermès, where he held several positions over an eleven year period, including most recently Directeur de la Communication des Métiers at Hermès International. Having earned a degree from CELSA, the French communications and journalism school in Paris, he also previously worked at L’Oréal.

He will report directly to the CEO of Bottega Veneta, Carlo Alberto Beretta, as well as to its creative director, Tomas Maier.
