Asos launches travel-inspired collection with Hotel Indigo
Asos and Hotel Indigo launched on Wednesday Asos x Hotel Indigo Edits, a destination-based collection inspired by the seven neighborhoods that the InterContinental Hotels Group brand is located.
Inspired by Hotel Indigo’s ‘The Color of Discovery’ campaign, Asos x Hotel Indigo Edits is comprised of 140 pieces in seven women’s and seven men’s collections, all designed to transition from day to night. Hotel properties in New York City, Los Angeles, Denver, Nashville, Alexandria, Savannah and El Paso have an influencer that informs each collection, in addition to the neighborhood influence.
Eugenie Grey of Feral Creature represents the New York City hotel that pulls influences from music, dance and visual art; the Downtown LA edit and Jamie Kidd do a modern take on old Hollywood glamour and the roaring 20’s; and the Denver edit draws inspiration from Carolina Hellal and the Gold Rush.
Devan Anderson is the face of Nashville’s music-inspired edit, Holly of Petite Flowers Presents is teamed with the Alexandria Edit and its water references, Asiyami Gold and the Savannah Edit focus on “Southern charm” and finally the El Paso Edit with Olivia Watson of Livvy and Blog references the railroad district and street style with Texas pride.
