The gold Cross-Border Award was awarded to ASOS, silver went to Zalando while Amazon won bronze. ASOS convinced the jury through driving a new type of shopping experience with an excellent approach to strong localisation.

The British monopolised the Multichannel Award, with John Lewis being awarded with the gold award, followed by Marks & Spencer winning silver, and Burberry who won bronze.

The Entrepreneurial Award went to French site Vestiaire Collective, whose dynamic return process which allows clients to immediately put items back on sale particularly impressed the jury. Taking home the silver medal in this category was Dutch site Coolblue, with the bronze going to Danish Unisport.dk.
