British designer label Alexander McQueen has unveiled its fresh fall/winter ad campaign, set in Scotland's Shetland Islands and shot by Jamie Hawkesworth.

The images, which dramatically capture the windswept wildness of the northernmost point of the country, were shot mostly in black and white, starring model Mica Arganaraz.

Conceived by the brand's creative director Sarah Burton, the campaign showcases a mix of ethereal pieces based on the theme of "nighttime and dreams".

Key looks featured include ghostly black ruffles, sparkling sequins, diamante embroideries, gossamer gowns and nature prints.
