Adidas appoints Paul Gaudio global creative director

In recent weeks, Paul Gaudio has been overseeing Adidas and Reebok’s design teams.

Since 2010, Gaudio has served as general manager of the brand’s “digital sport” department, working on digital projects such as the application micoach. Now, he has been named to the newly created post of International Creative Director.

James Carnes, head of the brand’s Performance segment, and Dirk Schönberger (style), will now report to Gaudio, according to Sportswear International.

Paul Gaudio will continue to be based in Portland, in the US, and will in turn report to Eric Liedtke, responsible for the Adidas and Reebok brands in the Adidas Group’s management board.
