Yves Saint Laurent has lifted the lid on its new fragrance, with the help of Dua Lipa.

The prestige beauty label has announced the imminent launch of ‘Libre,' with multi-award-winning recording artist Lipa as its face.

"So proud to finally reveal to you LIBRE the new fragrance of freedom by Yves Saint Laurent Beauty," Lipa announced to her 32 million Instagram followers, posting a campaign image that sees her holding the bottle -- a bold, geometric flacon -- up to the camera.

YSL Beauty shared a trio of videos announcing the new scent on its own Instagram account. The clips feature the phrase ‘I am free' translated into multiple languages on-screen, while Lipa talks over the top of them, discussing the fragrance and the concept of freedom. "It's when you make your decision on your own terms," she says in one clip. "That, to me, is what freedom is."

According to Vogue, ‘Libre' features notes of Moroccan orange blossom and ‘Diva Lavender,' a note that is exclusive to YSL. A launch date for the scent has yet to be announced.

The move marks Lipa's first major campaign for YSL Beauty, which announced back in June that it had signed the star up as a brand ambassador.
