Who's Next teams up with Sportair for new space dedicated to outdoor equipment
Nov 20, 2021
The partnership has been on the cards since Frédéric Maus, CEO of WSN Developpement, took over the supervision of Sportair, the organizer of sports trade fair Sport Achat. Now, however, the collaboration has a name: 360°Ride. This new space will complement the fashion offering at the next edition of the trade fair, Who's Next, which will run at Paris' Porte de Versailles, January 21 through 24, 2022, when it will welcome sport and outdoor brands through a link-up with segment specialist Sportair.

"Strengthened by the pandemic over the last few months, the idea of nature as a vital everyday need has redefined the market's trends. Our findings are simple: fashion and outdoor sports are influencing one another, with ultra-technical knowhow becoming more stylish, while retailers of all kinds assimilate these codes," explains WSN, the organizer of Who's Next, which continues to sign off on partnerships with other trade fair operators, like Traffic and Bijohrca, for example.
The labels that will make up 360°Ride's assortment have not yet been revealed. The floorplan of the upcoming event places the new space in Hall 6, near sustainability-focused Impact and the area set aside for conferences.

Sportair, which will also organize Sport-Achat in Lyon from March 7 through 9, 2022, intends to offer specialist labels an alternative to international professional events dedicated solely to outdoor equipment and to allow them to benefit from the French capital's traffic. "Whether it be because of their DNA, linked to a passion for a particular sport, or because of the R&D of their top products, sports brands have a place to take up in Paris," insisted Maus.
