WE Fashion appoints ex-Arcadia as CEO

It is the changing of the guard over at WE Fashion. Dutch group Logo International (O’Neil, Van Gils etc.) is in the process of changing its CEO. Wouter Kolk, who has been in the position since 2007, will be leaving the position to the current chief operational officer, John Hind. Brit Hind will officially take over as CEO on June 1st.

John Hind has been at chief operational officer at WE Fashion for five years and was in control of sales, retail, merchandising, sourcing and production. He has spent his entire career in fashion, with 28 years of experience at Arcadia, Debenhams, Pepe Jeans and Brooks Brothers.

Woulter Kolk will be leaving the fashion chain which has 300 stores across Europe and China for a position at Ahold, a Dutch supermarket operator for who he has previously worked for.
