U.S. lingerie giant Victoria's Secret & Co. has teamed up with NetVirta on a strategic partnership to help its customers order the right bra size online.

The partnership will allow Victoria's Secret customers to leverage the 3D scan technology to receive personalized bra size recommendations. Ussing NetVirta's Verifyt program, online shoppers will be able to find the best size and fit, and brands can reduce online returns and increase conversions.

"Finding the correct bra fit is a challenge for most women, and the challenge is magnified for those looking to shop online," said Julia Barry, director of marketing at NetVirta. "Together with Victoria's Secret, we will solve for one of the hardest-to-fit product categories in apparel retail.”

NetVirta first released Verifyt in 2019 and works with some of the biggest names in retail, sporting equipment, and medical including Wolverine Worldwide, Riddell, Orthoamerica, Tecnica, and EVO.com, among others.

"We are excited to partner with NetVirta to offer our customers this new technology. Expanding on our existing incredible bra fit experiences in stores and online, the 3D scan is another great way to deliver fit confidence to our customers," added Christine Rupp, chief customer officer, Victoria's Secret & Co.

Earlier this month, Victoria's Secret also announced plans to acquire digitally-native intimates brand Adore Me. Victoria's Secret said it aimed to leverage Adore Me’s expertise and technology to continue to improve its customer shopping experience and to modernise its digital platform.
