VeryExclusive.co.uk to launch premium menswear brands

Online luxury fashion retailer VeryExclusive.co.uk has announced plans to diversify into the premium menswear market with the launch of international men’s fashion brands.

From winter season onwards, VeryExclusive will also offer premium fashion for men - Shop Direct

The list of premium menswear brands that have already signed up for the website includes Barbour, Kenzo, Aquascutum, J Lindeberg, Vivienne Westwood and Hackett.

The menswear offer is set to launch in autum/winter 2016, expanding the online retailer’s already secured host of over 150 womenswear and beauty brands.

Former ASOS Premium Menswear Buyer and Coggles Head of Retail Adam Jagger was recently appointed to lead the menswear offering, which will focus on men’s clothing, footwear and accessories for men aged 26 to 45 years old.

“We’ve successfully democratised luxury women’s fashion and beauty. Our customers love what VeryExclusive.co.uk gives them and now it’s time to do the same for men,” says Alex Baldock, CEO at VeryExclusive’s parent company, Shop Direct.

“Men also want to buy premium brands but often feel they’re just out of reach. We’re going to make premium menswear attainable, so men can soon access those Reiss jeans or that Barbour jacket they want by spreading the cost.”

Customers buying on VeryExclusive will be able to draw on Shop Direct’s credit offer, which includes a ‘Take 3’ option to spread the cost of their purchases across three monthly, interest-free payments.

To support the menswear offer, the company will share magazine-style editorial content offering fashion advice and product recommendations for visitors to the site.
