After being announced on social networks last week, the spring/summer 2017 Versus campaign has been revealed, with a series of four photos taken by the international superstar model Gigi Hadid, and featuring singer Zayn Malik, who also happens to be her boyfriend.

Versus Versace has scored a double whammy, signing up the star couple of the moment for an exclusive advertising campaign. For the spring/summer 2017 season, the brand enlisted the skills of American model Gigi Hadid -- a veritable phenomenon in the fashion world -- to take pictures of the former One Direction member, who she is now dating, with her iPhone and a digital camera. The resulting shots have an intimate feel, and are both modern and full of energy.

"It was sick to work with Versus. Dontella is a G. It was extra special that Gigi shot the campaign," said Zayn Malik.

Zayn Malik stars alongside British model Adwoa Aboah in the campaign. Gigi Hadid captured the two muses in various poses over the course of an evening in a Château Marmont suite in Los Angeles.

The pair can be seen wearing pieces from the new Versus collection, notably a leather jacket with silver-colored lion-head buttons, a washed-out denim jacket with safety pin fastenings, and faded ripped mesh-lined denim pants for him, and a metallic mesh tank and a ripped metallic mesh-lined top for her.

The campaign lands a few months before the presentation of the Zayn x Versus capsule collection, due in June 2017.
