Billingsley joins Barbour on October 26. Barbour says she brings "excellent" global experience from Urban Outfitters, Miss Selfridge, Levis and Zalando.

Steve Buck, Managing Director, Barbour, said: "We are delighted that Paget is joining us and look forward to welcoming her into the business.  She will be responsible for the strategic direction of womenswear for both the Barbour and Barbour International brands as we continue to grow this segment not just in the UK but across all of our international markets."
