White Stuff, the fashion and lifestyle brand that opened its first store on Northcote Road, London, in 1991, has come a long way since. Its 100th store opens on September 15 in Ely, Cambridgeshire.
The new shop will measure 2,000 sqft. and is located at 3 Market Place. It will sell men's and women's fashion, accessories, footwear and homewares. The unusual, quirky interior features include original vintage wallpapers, locally sourced antique furniture and a sweet shop behind the cash desk.
There's also a kids' area that has a bespoke "den", and an area where customers can rest and have a complimentary tea or coffee. Every White Stuff shop supports a local charity, which receives at least 1% of its annual profits. The Ely store will support Branching Out, which helps adults with learning disabilities.
