Trouva amongst the UK's top tech scale-ups

Trouva, the online marketplace connecting independent boutiques with design-conscious consumers, has been announced as one of the UK’s hottest tech scale-ups, alongside Revolut, Perkbox, Bulb and Transfergo.

The tech companies, selected for their performance, growth, media coverage and social impact, will represent Britain at the upcoming Tech5, the annual technology showcase organised by Adyen and TNW, on 8 May in Amsterdam.

At the event, the UK’s top five tech scale-ups will be judged against contemporaries from across Europe by a judging panel consisting of investors, influencers and technology experts to find Europe’s hottest emerging companies.

Founded in 2015, Trouva is an anti-chain online destination selling homewares, clothing and accessories from hundreds of bricks-and-mortar boutiques in the UK. Backed by the likes of BGF Ventures and Index Ventures, Trouva’s platform offers independent retailers inventory management, shipping logistics and operations, as well as customer support, helping them reach new online customers.

Last year, Trouva added 20 independent Berlin-based boutiques to its network of sellers, and is looking at further growth in Paris, Dublin and Amsterdam.
