Tory Burch names Sydney Sweeney global brand ambassador

Tory Burch has named award-winning actor and multi-hyphenate, Sydney Sweeney, as the global brand ambassador for Tory Burch handbags and shoes.

Sweeney is well-known for her roles in HBO’s record-breaking series Euphoria as well as The White Lotus, The Handmaid’s Tale, and the forthcoming Marvel film Madame Web. 

In 2020, she also established her own production company, Fifty-Fifty Films, with the aim to spotlight up-and-coming female directors, screenwriters and authors.

Sweeney’s mission to empower women is in line with Tory’s, where through the Tory Foundation, launched in 2009, she equally helps to advance women’s empowerment and provide capital, education, and digital resources to women entrepreneurs. 

Sweeney, who began acting at the age of 15, has an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for supporting women that resonated with Burch. In turn, the strong tie between Burch and Sweeny allowed the partnership to blossom organically.
