‘Well Suited’ is a selling exhibition featuring up to 25 timepieces from independent luxury brands including Philippe Dufour and Vianney Halter alongside suits by Thom Sweeney.

Watches from Richard Mille, Romain Gauthier, Ludovic Ballouard, F.P. Journe, and Grand Seiko will be on sale, as well as pieces by Rolex and Patek Philippe.

“Well Suited showcases one of the finest selections of independent brands to be offered in London in recent memory, and will be led by the Philippe Dufour Simplicity, which is a highlight for any watch specialist or lover of horology to bring to market,” said James Marks, Phillips’ International Specialist and Director, Watches.

Taking place in London on March 15-21, the event will also showcase a selection of Thom Sweeney bespoke suits made specifically for the exhibition. Guests will be able to access an on-site cutting room and experience the craftsmanship behind the brand with bespoke tailors cutting patterns and garments for the duration of the show.

Luke Sweeney, who founded the tailoring label with Thom Whiddett in 2006, said: “Thom and I have collected watches for many years and have always felt that the mark of a man was excellent manners, a great suit and a beautiful watch.”

‘Well Suited’ opens on March 15 in Phillips’ auction house on Berkeley Square in London.
