The Body Shop to open Enchanted Forest pop-up in Shoreditch

Published
Oct 18, 2018

The Body Shop is creating a sensorial pop-up experience in Shoreditch to promote its green credentials and the new Christmas collection.

The Body Shop

The Enchanted Forest pop-up will open at 106 Commercial Street in Shoreditch on 3-4 November with a programme of free events including makeovers, workshops, panel talks and yoga classes.

The activation is part of a partnership between the British cosmetics brand and the World Land Trust and The Woodland Trust aimed at protecting and rewilding the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean and the Caucasus Wildlife refuge in Armenia.

This is one of several causes the beauty and skincare brand has supported since it was founded in Brighton in 1976. It has also previously run campaigns against animal testing and domestic violence and sex trafficking.

Visitors to the pop-up store will have the opportunity to participate in a wreath making class with renowned florist Wild At Heart and upcycling fanatic Hermione Chantal, get beauty tips and advice from international celebrity and supermodel go-to make-up artist Chase Aston and discuss about cosmetics with a conscience with Marie Claire’s Beauty & Style Director Lisa Oxenham, Pixie Geldof and TV presenter and DJ Sarah Jayne Crawford.

The immersive pop-up experience will also offer free yoga classes with health and fitness blogger Cat Meffan and pilates with lifestyle blogger, Lottie Murphy.
