Temperley London names new CEO

Published
Sep 6, 2013

Ulrik Garde Due

British luxury brand Temperley London has marked an important step in its development with the arrival of a new CEO. Founded in 2000 by designer Alice Temperley and her partner Lars von Bennigsen, the company has announced the appointment of Ulrik Garde Due as CEO.

So commences a new era for the brand, which was previously headed up by co-founder Lars von Bennigsen. Bennigsen will retain his position as a majority shareholder and will carry the title of executive director.

Ulrik Garde Due comes to the brand from Danish jeweller Georg Jensen and has previously held positions at Céline and Burberry, racking up a total of 20 years’ experience in the luxury sector. At Temperley London the Dane will have the task of guiding the company through its next step of international development.
