Ted Baker finalises acquisition of head office

It was in December that Ted Baker, the British fashion brand, announced that it was buying its head office building in St Pancras, London.

The acquisition of what is known as "The Ugly Brown Building" from Leysin Investments Limited has now been completed. The company announced that the deal was finalised on January 5.

Ted Baker paid £55.25m plus costs of £3m for the 78,920 sqft. space, and said the acquisition "provides the Company certainty over operating costs and removes the Company's exposure to rising rent reviews."
