Sports label On launches first non-London pop-up at Liverpool One
Commercial property giant Grosvenor has revealed a newcomer to its popular Liverpool One shopping destination. Swiss sportswear brand On has launched its first pop-up store outside of London.
Until 4 June, ‘The Monster Den’, located in a 4,000 sq ft space on Lower South John Street, will spotlight a “community, connection, and the joy of running”, through both product and an extensive programme of events.
Directly responding to consumer demand from On’s substantial Liverpool fanbase, the space has been created for “the community to come together to discover, shop and engage with the brand”.
That includes collaborating with local running clubs and groups to present a series of events in the pop-up space. This will take in runs, yoga, movement classes, coffee clubs, and live DJ performances t from local music station Svara Radio.
The Monster Den takes its name from On’s key Cloudmonster shoe, featuring alongside the brand’s other running footwear — Cloudsurfer, the Cloudgo, the Cloudrunner and the Cloudstratus, as well as a selection of SS23 apparel.
