South African skincare brand Africology opens first UK shop

South Africa’s skincare and lifestyle brand Africology has arrived in the UK with the opening of its first store in London’s Covent Garden this Monday.

Founded by Renchia Droganis, an aromatherapist, reiki master, metaphysical counsellor, life coach and holistic healer, the brand fuses ancient healing traditions with natural ingredients such as rooibos, aloe ferox, marula and African potato.

Its products, described as 100% natural, organic and non-toxic, are available in more than 350 spas worldwide in seven countries.

The UK flagship store will spread over two floors, offering a range of mind and body products as well as candles, gifts, teas and home & travel scents, including hero items such as the Marula Conditioning Oil and the Anti Reactive Tonic.

The store opening represents a new step in Africology’s growth, as the brand takes up residence in one of London’s leading shopping areas. In Covent Garden, Africology will rub shoulders with prestigious beauty brands including Chanel, Molton Brown, Deciem, Jo Malone, Bobbi Brown, Tom Ford Beauty and Dior Beauty.
