Snow+Rock statement store revealed for Bluewater

Snow+Rock, the outdoor sports brand, is opening a one-stop statement store at Bluewater shopping centre. Opening in November, the 13,000 sq ft store will be one of the brand’s largest in the country.

Snow+Rock will stock ski, climbing and snow sports clothing and gear for men, women and children from brands such as Arc’teryx, Fjall Raven, Patagonia, Kjus, Icebreaker, Garmin and Rab.

Bluewater customers will be also able to enjoy a range of in-store bespoke services such as expert boot fitting and an exclusive snowboard care area for guests edge and wax their winter sports equipment.

There will be also a Runners Need shop-in-shop offering products from world-leading running brands, expert advice and free gait analysis. Runners Need, like Snow+Rock, is part of As Adventure Group.

The opening is part of a statement store initiative launched by Bluewater co-owner Landsec to create a series of unique experience-focused concept at the shopping destination. Affordable fashion brand Missguided opened a statement store on the lower Rose Gallery earlier this year and Coach is joining the shopping centre this autumn.

Snow+Rock opened its first store on Kensington High Street, London, in 1982.  It currently has a more than 23 stores nationwide including a flagship store in Covent Garden.
