Samsøe & Samsøe targets UK growth with debut store

Danish fashion brand Samsøe & Samsøe is set to join the mix of international and directional brands in London’s Carnaby this summer.

Due to open in July at 47 Beak Street, the 1,076-square-foot store will be the brand’s UK flagship, showcasing its range of Nordic contemporary styles for the urban man and woman.

It will be part of a group of branded stores selling Samsøe & Samsøe ready-to-wear, shoes and accessories in Scandinavia, the Netherlands, Germany, and Finland.

“We are greatly committed to gaining a strong presence in the UK, as it is a core market for our further growth,” commented Peter Sextus, brand CEO. “Getting the stamp of approval from a global fashion capital and major shopping destination is pivotal for an emerging brand like Samsøe Samsøe.”

Also opening in the area are Parisian womenswear brand ba&sh, American outerwear brand Columbia Sportswear and French eyewear retailer Izipizi.
