River Island debuts premium party collection 'Nine' exclusively on Hirestreet

River Island has debuted its ‘Nine’ collection on the fast-expanding Hirestreet rental platform, targeting the run-up to the important Christmas party/occasion season.

Rental is becoming increasingly important in the UK, especially for clothing meant for one-off occasions or for short-term use, such as parties and ski season.

Featuring the high street retailer’s new, “elevated collection of decadent dresses”, the “high-octane power pieces and floor-sweeping silhouettes [are] for perfect event dressing this festive season”, River Island said.

The collection is available now to hire exclusively from Hirestreet with prices starting from £20 for a four-day rental.

“Whether it’s a Christmas party, milestone birthday or a black-tie gathering, prepare to make an entrance in River Island’s covetable collection ‘Nine’,” the retailer said at launch.

The range showcases “entrance-making” minis and maxis “dripping in sequin, beading and feather embellishments”. Teamed with “carefully-considered craftsmanship and luxurious quality, ‘Nine’ delivers glamour like never before”. Also included are oversized, statement-making bows in animal prints and neon which sit alongside shimmering metallics and cut out detailing.
