River Island brings back Lindsey Wixon for spring campaign

Published
Jan 10, 2017

UK fashion retailer River Island has created a spring/summer 2017 ad campaign built around the theme of identity with looks styled by fashion editor Ondine Azoulay.

Lindsey Wixon is the star of River Island's SS17 campaign

Shot on location in Los Angeles by Dan Martensen, the company teamed up with creative agency ODD London to create a campaign that focuses on “how we shape personal identity through style aesthetic and individual expression.”

American model Lindsey Wixson has returned as the face of the season’s womenswear offering, and Danish model Mikkel Jensen is modelling the menswear offer with looks that mix both party styles and casualwear.

The retailer’s marketing director Josie Cartridge said the company worked with an entirely new creative team for the campaign this season.

The items featured in the photography drop in-store and online as of this month both in the UK and the brand’s international locations.
