Rituals opens at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet York

Premium beauty and lifestyle brand Rituals has opened a store at the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet York.

The new boutique features an extensive range of home, bath and body cosmetics, with skincare, scented candles, fragrance sticks, assorted teas and natural skincare ranges inspired by ancient Eastern traditions.

In the run-up to the Christmas gift-giving season, the retailer will feature products up to 50% off RRP “within a spacious and calming environment”.

The opening shortly before Christmas is good timing for both the brand and the shopping centre with beauty being a key festive season category.

And it comes as outlet malls remain one of the most successful in recovering from the low footfall linked to the pandemic out of all UK retail destinations. Reports from several outlet operators has shown relatively strong consumer interest in visiting outlets compared to full-price malls or high streets.
