The brand will bring Savile Row tailoring to the luxury store’s men’s formalwear department, where it will offer a full range of products including individual shirts, casual wear, accessories and made-to-measure suits.

"We are thrilled to be launching a designated Richard James destination within our men’s formalwear department here at Selfridges,” says Selfridges Menswear Buying Director, Bosse Myhr. “We are excited to offer our customer a wider edit, and to continue to grow our long standing relationship with the Richard James team."

Sean Dixon, Richard James’s Founder and Managing Director, says: “On Savile Row we have always strived to break down barriers and make what we do accessible as well as desirable, and our purpose-designed space at Selfridges allows us to do exactly that in a new environment. We’re really looking forward to the opportunity to introduce our personal tailoring and ready-to-wear collections to new customers in exactly the way that we want to.”

Richard James opened for business in 1992 with a shop on London’s most renowned street for men’s formalwear, Savile Row.
